Carpenter bees resemble bumblebees in both size and appearance, but are typically found hovering around doors, windowsills, eaves, shingles, railings and sometimes wooden lawn furniture.
While the damage to wood from the drilling of a single bee is slight, each year the brood will expand the tunnel and may cause considerable structural damage.

Bed Bug Treatment
Bed Bugs are insects roughly the size of an apple seed that feed on blood, especially at night. Bed bugs can feed on warm-blooded animals other than humans, such as pets. Eliminating bed bugs from the home is often difficult, partly because bed bugs can survive up to 70 days without feeding. Often they are found in rental homes. In addition to treatment for bed bugs, we will provide a letter for your AirBNB or VRBO if we find no evidence of bed bugs on inspection.
Powder Post Beetle Spot Treatment
Powder Post beetle is a term used to describe several species of small (1/16-1/4 inch) reddish-brown to black beetles that damage wood and wood products. They will reduce wood to a flour-like powder. Evidence of Powder Post beetles includes tiny (1/32-1/8") round "shot holes" in wood with a fine, powdery frass trailing from these holes. Newly emerged adults lay eggs on or below the surface of bare, unfinished wood, and the eggs hatch into tiny larvae that bore into the wood. The larvae will consume the nutrients in the wood, and the holes are formed when the adults then chew out of the wood. These beetles are active at night, and usually the only evidence of the infestation is the damage they leave behind. We offer a spot-treatment at the areas of beetle activity.
